Fresh, Fresh, Fresh!
One of the best places to find the best fruits, vegetables, locally made food like jams and breads, and food trucks is at our local farmers’ markets. The biggest two are in Lihue and Kapaa. I usually try to make it to the Lihue one which is held on Saturday mornings from 9:30am – 12:30pm. They also have a special one nearing the holidays where you can find lots of locally made crafts as well. Here is the complete schedule of the Kauai Farmers’ Markets.
